Frank’s RedHot seasoning recalled over salmonella concerns

Frank’s RedHot brand Buffalo Ranch Seasoning is being recalled from the marketplace due to possible Salmonella contamination.
The recall was triggered by the company, McCormick Canada.
The product was sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) says the seasoning may have been sold nationally.
The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of the product.
The CFIA says recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.
Food contaminated with Salmonella may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick.
Symptoms can include fever, headache, vomiting, nausea, abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
