Ontario reports 127 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday

Ontario is reporting 127 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday and two additional deaths.

Health Minister Christine Elliott says there are 34 new cases in Toronto, 17 in the Region of Waterloo, 14 in York Region, 10 in Peel Region, and 10 in Grey Bruce.

There are currently 149 patients in intensive care with COVID-related critical illness and 98 on ventilators.

The province says 132,963 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine were administered Monday for a total of more than 18.3 million.
