Premier Doug Ford is set to announce the province’s reopening plan Thursday afternoon.

Ford is scheduled to make the announcement at 3 p.m., along with Minister of Health Christine Elliott and Dr. David William, Chief Medical Officer of Health.

It comes as the province reported 2,400 cases of COVID-19 and 27 deaths.
