The tenants at Rebecca Towers are calling it a great success. On Sunday, Hamilton Public Health sent a team to the Beleagured apartment building to vaccinate 28 homebound people right in their units. Now the tenants want public health to expand door-to-door vaccination to more homebound people in the city’s apartments. Matt Ingram reports
