Fort Erie man arrested twice in one day for impaired driving

Matthew James Robert Graham of Fort Erie hit a daily double that nobody wants.
Fort Erie police and paramedics went to a parking lot around Garrison Rd. and Concession Rd., after reports of an impaired driver in the area around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Police say first responders found Graham asleep in a parked, still running Ford Fusion. They say he appeared impaired and was arrested.
After a few hours in hospital, he was taken home by police that afternoon with a future court date.
Around 8:30 p.m. that night, officers were contacted about a possible impaired driver in Port Colborne.
A Ford Fiesta was reported travelling around 10 kilometres an hour in the area of Fares St. and Nickel St.
Officers pulled the vehicle over and say the driver appeared to be intoxicated.
Graham, 39, was arrested for impaired operation of a vehicle for the second time in less than 24 hours.
