Police investigating targeted shooting in Hamilton’s east end

Hamilton police are investigating a shooting that happened around 9:00 p.m. on Friday in the area of Greenhill Avenue and Vienna Street.

Witnesses told police that the suspect discharged their weapon multiple times before getting away in a vehicle.

Police say that there are no reported injuries and that they are treating this as a targeted incident at this time. They are asking residents in the area to check their surveillance cameras for any suspicious activity.
