Bosma’s accused killers back in court

The two men accused of murdering Ancaster man Tim Bosma made brief court appearances via video link today.

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich both face first degree murder charges. Tim’s widow, Sharlene, was present in court today.

Both men will be back before a judge on January 2nd. An eight week long preliminary hearing for Millard and Smich has been set for next September.

Bosma was killed in May after taking two men for a test drive in his pick-up truck. His burned remains were found on Millard’s farm about a week later.
