Ford will not step down

Six months after allegations surfaced, Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has admitted to lying about smoking crack cocaine. He says he did it in a drunken stupor. But despite that, and the loudest calls ever for him to step down or at least step aside, he’s insisting on staying on as Mayor.
