Scary fun run

Participants in the eighth annual trek or treat run walk hit the streets in Oakville Friday evening.

People of all ages were on hand for the event. It started with the “creepy mile” run-walk. And as you can see, everyone taking part was wearing a halloween costume. The event organizers love this time of year and they use the creepy mile and 5k race to help others in the community.

Heather Arnold is the race director: “Yes, we are trying to get as many donations as we can at this time of year to fill them up.”
