James St Church crumbling

Hamilton’s municipal heritage committee deferred a decision about James Street Baptist Church Wednesday.  The 130-year-old structure at James and Jackson Streets is dangerously unstable according to two structural engineers.  And the developer, who bought the property earlier this year, wants a permit to partially demolish the building so he can save the facade for a future development.  Lisa Hepfner has this look inside the historic structure.
