Crimestoppers dinner

Thursday night, Crimestoppers held a gala to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Hamilton’s Crimestoppers was the first in Ontario, and the second in the country. In fact, more than 1,500 episodes have aired on CHCH since 1984.

The event raised $42,000; money which will help fund the program, including the distribution of rewards.
