Power outage in Dundas/Flamborough

Power is still out for some families in this region, after a larger outage had power down for almost three thousand customers.
Horizon Utilities reported a power outage in the Dundas and Flamborough area. The cause of the outage was a blown Hydro One transformer.

Horizon was able to fix the problem using their own equipment, but power is still out for about 100 customers in the area bounded by Concession Five East to Parkside Drive, and Highway Six to Beeforth Road of Flamborough.

Power should be back on by 11:30pm.
