Increase in distracted driving incidents

Fatal crashes in this country caused by distracted drivers have increased by at least 17% in five years.
The most recent numbers span between 2006 and 2010. Studies estimate distracted driving is responsible for 30% to 80% of collisions. Cell phones are a big contributor to these figures.
