Car, bus collide; 1 hurt

A woman has been taken to hospital after her car struck the back of a Hamilton city bus.

Police say it happened around 9:30 this morning on Main Street near John, when the woman was driving behind the bus and tried to make a lane change.

She was taken to hospital with minor injuries; a child in the car was not injured. One passenger on the bus also suffered minor injuries.

Police say charges will be laid against the driver of the car.
