Approaching the 10 year anniversary of the 2003 blackout

It will be ten years on Wednesday since the massive blackout of 2003.

The power outage prompted both Canadian and U.S. officials to investigate the cause and find out what changes could be made to avoid it again, but at least one McMaster University expert says Ontario’s power supply is in a state of flux.
