Flames damage Milton homes

Two Milton homes were damaged by fire last night.

Fire crews were called to Sunnyvale Crescent just after eight pm. The blaze started in a shed between two homes, then spread to to another shed before setting the homes ablaze.

Halton police say one of the homes has structural and smoke damage estimated at $65,000, while the neighbouring house suffered minor damage estimated at $15,000.

Milton fire is trying to determine the cause. No one was injured in either house.
