Human remains identified

The human remains found last month at the Binbrook Conservation Area have now been identified and they are those of a local murder victim.

The remains have been identified as 26-year old Daniel Baffoh. He went missing earlier this year. But the missing person’s case soon turned into a homicide investigation.

Daniel Baffoh was last seen on the afternoon of January 31st.

45-year old Mark Langille has been charged with first degree murder and his 22-year old son, Damian is charged with accessory after the fact. Andrew Keith Gordon was also charged with being an accessory after the fact. Police believe Baffoh was shot and killed in Hamilton and his body then dumped in Binbrook. There’s no word yet on a motive.
