Major road closures in Toronto for Honda Indy this weekend

If you’re heading to Toronto this weekend, keep in mind there are several road closures in the Lakeshore area because of the Honda Indy.

Roads are closed to allow workers to finish setting up the track. Lakeshore Boulevard is closed until Sunday night from Strachan to British Columbia Drive. Strachan is also closed from Lakeshore to Fleet.

This is the first time there will be races on both Saturday and Sunday. It’s led to this year’s Indy being nick-named “two in T.O.”
