Hamilton Police have charged a city man following a stabbing yesterday morning on Burlington Street.

Investigators say an argument broke out at a house party just after 4 am. A 21 year old woman was hit over the head with a beer bottle and a 40 year old man stabbed with scissors.

Shadoe Lucas, 23, of Hamilton is charged with assault and breach of probation.
