Big pot bust in Hamilton

Six people from Hamilton have been arrested, after a million dollar drug bust.

On Tuesday, Hamilton police seized over $1.5 million worth of marijuana from a property in the east end. Police say they found tens of thousands of dollars worth of grow-op equipment, a thousand pot plants, 70 pounds of processed marijuana as well as mushrooms and hash oil. They also found a second, related grow-op in a home downtown with close to 400 plants.
