Halton officers hunting down pellet punks

Police in Oakville are investigating two separate drive-by shootings with pellet guns.

Yesterday the driver of a black minivan leaned out his window and fired a BB gun at a boy. The suspect is about 18-years old, 6 feet tall and was wearing a plaid, long-sleeved shirt.

Police think it may be related to a May 25th incident. That’s when a teenage passenger in a black SUV fired a pellet gun at two boys around Monks Passage and Old Carriage Way. This suspect had blonde hair and was wearing a red ball cap. A pellet struck one victim in the face but luckily no one was seriously injured.
