A man currently serving time for other crimes, is going back to trial on second degree murder charges in connection with the death of an inmate at the Niagara Detention Centre in August 2011…

Jeremy Hall and 28-year old Cale Rose were charged in connection with the death of 46-year old Kelvin Sawa.

Sawa was in the detention centre on sexual assault charges. Earlier this year, Jeremy Hall was convicted in Hamilton for the murder of Billy Mason.
