Toronto Mayor remains silent

(Update)
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford passed up another opportunity Tuesday to address an accusation that he smoked crack with two Toronto drug dealers…
Ford showed up for work, taking part in the Toronto city council debate on a new casino for the city. But when the proposal was voted down by councillors, and the meeting ended, Ford gathered up two security guards, and a number of city staffers, and barreled through a group of reporters waiting outside his office. At one point during the charge across the hallway from the elevator, Ford’s elbows were up like a football lineman and he growled at reporters to get out of the way. Shortly after that, he went out a back door and disappeared for the day. His continued refusal to address the issue of substance abuse is beginning to cause some uneasiness with other mayors across the GTA and with Premier Kathleen Wynne.
