A 67-year old man has been charged with first degree murder after police say an argument turned deadly at a Toronto barbecue Sunday night.

Police say 35-year old Quincy Ramirez was shot and killed in the backyard of a low-rise apartment building on Ossington Avenue. Police say it started with a dispute over a small claims court settlement between the men. Edwin Parkinson is due back in court on May 31st.
