Burjoski fires lawyer

After two weeks of testimony from four witnesses, the judge in the first degree murder trial of Bill Burjoski and Anthony Lococo called a mistrial Monday morning.

The pair are accused of killing 36-year old Jason Pizzicarola. As Lauran Sabourin reports, they’ve been waiting nearly three years for this trial, and now it’s back to square one.
