Driver crashes into Shoppers Drug Mart

Halton Police were on the scene after a driver drove a car into the Shoppers Drug Mart on Plains Road east in Burlington.

According to police, at 10:30 Sunday morning an 83-year old driver lost control of her car. No charges will be laid, but the store will remain closed while it’s checked for structural damage. The driver is expected to be okay, no one else was injured.
