Arrest in death of missing woman

Waterloo police have made an arrest in the death of a missing 48-year old woman.

Catherine Todd was last seen March 18th. Her body hasn’t been found. Police say they’re focusing their search on a landfill site in Waterloo. 25-year old James Solomon Parise from Kitchener has been charged with second degree murder.
