A Toronto woman has been arrested after driving the wrong way on Highway 407 in Halton.

Police stopped a Grey Ford Focus driving east in the westbound lane on Highway 407 between Highway 403 and Trafalgar Road. The driver actually drove around an police car trying to stop it. Thirty-one year old Rachel Forester was arrested for dangerous and impaired driving. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 29th.
