Relay For Life 2013 campaign launched

The Canadian Cancer Society and Hamilton’s Juravinski Hospital are fighting the disease with the launch of the city’s Relay For Life.

The run raises millions of dollars each year for cancer research across Canada. This year, the Hamilton relay hopes to raise enough money to buy a robot that can prepare chemotherapy doses for patients at the Juravinski Hospital.

This year’s Hamilton Relay For Life will be held at Dofasco Park on June 7th.
