Dogs saved in Beamsville fire

Two small dogs have been saved after fire destroyed a home in Beamsville.

The three people who lived in the house on Sandy Cove Drive weren’t home when fire crews were called by a neighbour around 2 Sunday morning. The neighbour who called 911 says she woke up in the middle of the night and saw a flickering light across the street. There’s no word yet on a damage estimate, or the cause of the fire.
