Three charged with Welland shooting

Niagara police have charged three men after two people were shot at with bb guns near the Welland Curling Club Sunday afternoon.

Two vehicles were also hit. Chris Hardman, Randy Hardman and Dan Dewitt, all in their early 20’s, are charged with dangerous use of a weapon and mischief.
