A terrified homeowner has helped Halton police track down a burglar.

Police say the homeowner hid in a closet and called 911 after a break-in.
A man was arrested, leaving the home empty handed, when police arrived Monday morning. They say he was carrying break in tools and $200 worth of crack cocaine. 50 year old Carlos Harper from Etobicoke has been charged.
