Biddersingh body exhumed

Toronto police have exhumed the body of a 15 year old boy who died two years before his sister was murdered in 1994.

Investigators decided to take another look into the 20 year old case of Dwayne Biddersingh.

The death was initially ruled a suicide. However, Biddersingh’s parents were arrested while in Welland last March, after a breakthrough in the investigation into his sister’s death.

Melonie Biddersingh’s remains were found charred in a burning suitcase in Vaughan in 1994. The father and stepmother were both charged with first degree murder.
