Figure skating celebration gets out of hand

Police were called to a hotel in Mississauga early yesterday after a brawl involving Skate Canada.

Officials say there were eight people involved in what they call a celebration that got out of hand. No charges were laid.

The Canadian Figure Skating Championships wrapped up in Mississauga this weekend, with Tesse Virtue and Scott Moir capturing their 5th national ice dance title.
