Oakville police investigate break and enters

Halton police are warning people who live in north east Oakville to be alert.

Police say a group of thieves are targeting the Joshua Creek neighbourhood.

During the day, they force open front doors and steal jewelry, small electronics and cash.

Two men were even caught in the act by a homeowner before fleeing.

One suspect is black, in his early 30’s, 6′ 2″ with a muscular build and a shoulder length corn-row hairstyle. He was wearing all black.

The second is also black in his late 20’s, 6′ 1″, with a thin build and short hair. He was wearing a black jacket.

They were last seen getting into a black, Cadillac-type, four door sedan.
