Students at a Milton school with get the opportunity of a lifetime tomorrow when they get to speak with Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield in space.

He’s been communicating with tens of thousands of people on earth via twitter — posting dozens of photos including these ones today which show the space station’s new telescope.

The first shows Hadfield taking it out of the box – he tweeted “it’s like weightless Christmas.”

The other shows Hadfield floating with the new telescope just ahead of installation. Tomorrow he’ll actually be communicating with students at Chris Hadfield Public School in Milton. And he even tweeted about that, saying “Tomorrow I will talk with 800 students at Chris Hadfield Public School. Kids always ask the best questions.”

The Canadian Space Agency was busy getting the school ready today. The questions will be asked via a live video feed. And the students are prepared: many of them have been following Hadfield’s tweets.
