Two Hamilton stabbings

Two stabbings took place in Hamilton Tuesday.

The first happened at a home on Tisdale Street North. The victim was taken to hospital, and is in serous, but stable condition.

21 year old Ryan Smoke of Six Nations and 26 year old Micheal Jamieson of Ohsweken are charged with aggravated assault.

A few hours later, police responded to reports of a disturbance involving ten to fifteen youths with a knife and a hammer, in the area of Emerald and Cannon.

Police found two people with stab wounds. They were taken to hospital, but are expected to be ok. Police arrested and charged a 17 year old with aggravated assault.
