Hamilton home invasion

Hamilton police are looking for two men after reports of an armed home invasion early Tuesday morning.

The incident began at about 12:30 in the area of Brittania Road and Ellis Avenue.

Police say the homeowner was sleeping when two masked men with handguns kicked in his front door.

Police say the men then pointed their guns at the homeowner and demanded money, but took off empty handed after being sprayed in the face with an unknown substance.

Police describe the first man as a white male, about 6 feet tall with a thin build.

The second suspect is described only as about 5′ 10″ tall, with a thin build.
