2nd arrest in Sally Ann thefts

Updated Toronto Police have made a second arrest in the theft of millions of dollars in toys and household necessities that had been donated to the Salvation Army.

On Monday police arrested the organization’s former executive director. Now, as Lisa Hepfner reports, police believe they have the man who stored, and perhaps re-sold the goods.
