Brampton murder investigation

Peel police are investigating a murder after a 22-year old woman was found dead inside a Brampton home.

Officers were called to the residence at Crystal Glen Crescent around 2pm last Friday, where they found Marcieline Newland of Brampton without any vital signs.

Police say they now have evidence that Newland was a victim of murder, but re-assure the public there’s no threat to their safety.

They’re also asking anyone with information to call them.
