Food laureate to promote U of Guelph food programs

The University of Guelph has appointed its first food laureate and it’s believed to be the first such position in the world.

The new role has been given to cookbook author Anita Stewart. The goal of the new job is to promote the university’s agricultural and culinary programs. Sean Cowan met up with Mrs Stewart in her kitchen in Elora, just north of Guelph.
