Big Becky ready for the surge

The most astounding construction project built in the last hundred years in this province is nearly finished.

It’s not glitzy, glamorous or photogenic – but Big Becky has her makeup on, now that workers have finished the concrete lining for the massive water tunnel that will provide new hydro capacity for Ontario. Scot Urquhart was at a ceremony today marking the latest milestone.
