Ground broken for Pan Am flatwater centre

If you’re counting, we’re now 988 days before the world comes to Southern Ontario for the 2015 Pan Am games.

Today in Welland there was a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Pan Am flatwater centres. Lauran Sabourin reports there’s a lot of enthusiasm among the canoe and kayaking community.
