The workers are being treated after inhaling chemicals.

20 other workers were being assessed at the scene by paramedics.

The explosion and resulting fire were being fueled by sulphur inside the refinery.

Smoke was visible from the second floor window.

Investigators with the Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Fire Marshal are on the scene.
