Bomb scare at Halton police HQ

An unsettling start to the day at Halton Regional Police headquarters.

The bomb squad was alerted after a security guard at the headquarters found a suspicious package at the north side of the building around 7 am. When experts arrived, they discovered the bag contained a musical instrument. Efforts are now being made to locate the owner of the drum.
