Running for the fallen

Video updated This morning at Queen’s Park, 260 police officers and family members began a 460 kilometre run from Toronto to Ottawa all in an effort to remember officers who have fallen in the line of duty.

It is the eighth annual Run to Remember. It began in 2005 with only 25 officers and it has now grown to become a major event in what is a bittersweet day for officers and their families. Sean Leathong reports:
