Updated It wasn’t long ago that no-one used the city of Hamilton as a model for anything.

But there’s evidence tonight that the times are changing. More and more frequently other cities are looking at what Hamilton’s done to spark one of the biggest municipal make-overs in the country. And now, as Scot Urquhart tells us – even the city of Toronto is watching to see how a new set of Hamilton by-laws have produced an unlikely fellowship between stand-alone restaurants and trendy, mobile food trucks.
