Timing of school works projects questioned

There are more than 100 construction projects in the city of Hamilton each year, totaling roughly $80 million.

But a couple of projects outside of schools at this time of year have residents wondering why they couldn’t have been done sooner? Adam Atkinson spoke to city officials today to find out why.
