Man found guilty of sex assault

The owner of a Harvey’s restaurant in Hamilton’s east end has been found guilty of sexually assaulting two male employees.

A judge ruled 48 year old Ali Khan from Ancaster assaulted the 16 year old employees at his Barton Street restaurant last year.

Yesterday, Khan also pleaded guilty to other sex assaults in a Kitchener courtroom.

He’ll be sentenced on the Hamilton charges in November.

Khan had no previous criminal record.
