Hamilton Police learn how to spike speeders

Police forces in Ontario have been increasingly reluctant to pursue suspicious cars in dangerous high-speed chases in recent years.

One of the safer options is to lay down a spike belt. As Lisa Hepfner reports, today Hamilton officers were getting some tips on how to deploy this rarely used technique.
